Criminal Code – Came out in 2023. Portuguese series.  After a robbery of epic proportions at the premises of a private security firm in Paraguay, federal agents from the Foz do Iguaçu bureau launch a complex investigation. Following the trail of the DNA samples they collect, they discover a trace that connects the robbery in the neighboring country with other recent crimes, unveiling an even larger plan involving criminal elements from both countries.

This eight part Brazilian series is set in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, just across the border from the Paraguayan city of Ciudad del Este. Our protagonists are Benício, a police officer who lost his former partner during a prison break and new partner Suellen. A major robbery takes place over the border and suspicion falls on 'The Organisation'; a criminal band thought to be behind the prison break. These are very violent criminals; they storm into cities, heavily armed, and dominate the streets till the job is done and they vanish into the countryside. DNA may help identify culprits and link crimes but catching them still won't be easy.

I thought this was a really exciting series. There is plenty of action throughout and a real sense of danger, even for major characters. The action is impressively varied with exciting shootouts, car chases and even some waterborne action. It is quite violent at times; these criminals aren't soft on those who cross them. The characters are great; we follow both police and certain criminals, seeing events from both sides without glorifying the criminals. Certain aspects of the story are wrapped up after the eighth episode but other details are set up for further seasons; I hope it does well enough to get more. The cast does a fine job bringing their characters to life. Overall I'd certainly recommend this to fans of action packed drama.

Loki – Season 2 came out in 2023.  The mercurial villain Loki resumes his role as the God of Mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.”

The announcement of the show's conclusion left me with a sense of longing, as if a cherished journey had come to an abrupt end. Yet, amidst the sadness, I found solace in the fact that Loki's story had been told with the integrity it deserved. The character's legacy remained untarnished, and the narrative arc had come full circle, leaving a lasting impact.

While the absence of a third season is undeniably disappointing, the fact that Loki was given a dedicated platform is a cause for celebration. The character's journey from antagonist to antihero was explored in depth, and the show successfully carved out a niche for Loki in the vast Marvel universe.

On a lighter note, it's fascinating to note that Loki, the character, has become such a cultural phenomenon that there's even a reference to "Loki Turkey." This playful nickname highlights the character's mischievous nature and underscores the complexity of labeling Loki as a mere villain. Dhootha – Came out in 2023. In this supernatural thriller, journalist Sagar's life turns upside down when newspapers predict chilling incidents that unfold in his life.

Dhootha the telugu webseries starring Nagachaitanya ,Parvathi and Priya Bhavani Shankar in lead roles

The series looks interesting and gripping although series starts off with an Intresting aspect mystery and the main plot resolves around how a journalist could save himself and his wife from dootha ,the messenger

Who is dootha why he is chasing this journalist what is his intension behind this and why it is all started and what is the connection to Nagachaitanya to get answers for all this you have to watch the series

The series goes in intresting and keeps engaging although, screenplay flairs apart but all the twists and parts are impressive and also worked well on screen

Coming to the actors performances all the lead actors are aptly delivered impressive performances Nagachaitanya as journalist has nailed in his character it is the first time he is playing this character it looks fresh and he really did a great job can say one of his super performances in his career and all the other supportive actors did their best

Mainly parvathi as investigation officer rocks the show with her settle performance and intresting screen presence she gave her best asusual in her role

Priya Bhavani sankar also looks pretty in her role rest of all cast and crew did their best

Technicalities are good production values are just awesome important mention goes to the cinematographer most of the series runs in rainbackdrop the way he captured the sense of rain in each frame looks stunning and pulled that thrilling edge through minute details Bgm is also good

A good watch for this weekend an Intresting seat edging thriller can give it a watch
