It explores the lives of five ambitious women from various walks of life navigating through their dreams, desires and disappointments, from boardrooms to society’s margins, in modern-day Mumbai. It was released on Netflix in March 2021. One of the reviews from IMDB... If you want to watch a boring, senseless 4 hrs drama of wrongly portrait feminism than this is your show. Special mention to this naive actress plabita borthakur. One word 'nauseous'. And these are my wife's opinion about this show - This show intending to be feministic is just demeaning women in all ways it can , Women today work so hard managing work as well as the household duties, and this show tries to portray women in a light where they are messed up, non decisive, venting out their frustrations by cheating on their partners. Kindly do not portray women of this ...

But her life takes a turn when her husband and Bihar's CM is made to announce the name of his successor. While his party members look excited to hear who has been appointed, he makes Rani his successor, leaving everyone surprised. A review from IMDB... A story blended with reality but with an ending far too fictious, Maharani is definitely intriguing thanks to the beautiful transition in the character arc of Huma Qureshi. All actors have done their job well as required. The story and writing was pretty simple, predictable and dull sometimes but the series did not seem boring at any point of time. Watch it if i...

More web-series Reviews… Hustle – Hustle is a British television crime drama series starring Adrian Lester, Robert Glenister and Robert Vaughn. The show premiered on 24 February 2004, and ran for eight series, with its final episode aired on 17 February 2012. The show's premise is on a group of con artists who specialise in "long cons" – extended forms of deceptive frauds that require greater commitment, but offer higher rewards than simple confidence tricks. The show's most notable qualities are plots that involve behind-the-scenes action that the viewers are unaware of until near the end of an episode, along with fantasy scenes and occasional breaches of the fourth wall by the main actors. One of the reviews from IMDB... Thank God that AMC saw the light &, in conjunction with the BBC, allowed us "Yanks" to view one of the coolest shows to come on the scene in decades. When AMC initially aired trailers for it two years ago, I intended on checking...

More we-series reviews… Don’t F**K with Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer – This is a 2019 true crime docuseries about an online manhunt. The 3-part docuseries chronicles events following a crowd-sourced amateur investigation into a series of animal cruelty acts committed by Canadian pornographic actor Luka Magnotta, culminating in his murder of Chinese international student Jun Lin. It was one of Netflix's Top 5 most-watched documentaries of 2019.  One of the reviews from IMDB… New on Netflix today, I figured I'll watch the first episode before getting ready for work. I'm now late and have binged all 3 episodes. It's cost me £15 in lost wages, and worth every minute! It's a well-researched, skillfully written and edited documentary that is a very relevant critique of our modern culture. The soundtrack adds another layer and helps to build up the tension nicely. No spoilers, don't worry. The doc' ends up questioning our values, the desire for fame and ...
